And may I also ask, do folks usually use stabil in the gas, assuming not a daily driver. And what about cooling fluid? Does a regular "new car" mix of antifreeze do it? Patrick brand?

The alpine has steel valve seat inserts in the aluminum head, so it is not as critical as you may think on valve wear. With respect to oil, if you are experiencing low oil pressure, then I would inc

Coolant should definitely include antifreeze because of the iron block, and aluminum head on our Alpines. 50/50 of antifreeze, and water, preferably distilled, works for me. As far as the gas goes, I
