I could only get farm plates if my property was assessed as a farm (which it's not). It's just wierd that I can get the whole truck with a plow for less than just the plow! BTW, Tim, I may have to as

I do not know your state laws, but you should be able to not license or insure it if it is used on private property like you would a tractor. Most states let you have limited hwy use even if not lice
