Hmmm. Sounds fishy to me. The original HiPo engine in my Cobra didn't have a vacuum advance either, but that doesn't mean it didn't have any. It just worked solely off centrifugal force. A fixed 37

Don't disconnect vacuum advance... It improves your mileage. Race cars run without the vacuum advance, but it is not a good idea for the street, unless you are almost always at full throttle & at ver
