- The V710s and the later Hoosiers do surprisingly well at GGF, despite their lack of tread. They probably get a little more chewed up at GGF than other sites, but really no more than any other tire. I

- I think the 710s do quite well at GGF. I paxed 9th on a very old (50 runs?) set at #11 and I could have driven a bit better and taken another half-second off at least. And in my experience less tread

- I'm of the opinion that tires are almost meaningless at GGF...because you're never really touching anything that allows grip :-) Having said that, my V710s did not get cut up...or above 100 degrees.
