If everything is the same as before the electric pump was installed, the drop in mileage suggests that the fuel is not being burned but rather is leaking out somewhere. Possible sources of the leak

If you mean US gallons that is pretty much bang on. If you mean imperial gallons it sounds kinda low. At least according to my results. My mileage varies from about 26 mpg highway to 18-20 mpg city

I've got two Spits, one with HS2s and one with a pair of side draft Webers. They both get about 25 mpg mixed city/highway and about 28-29 highway. The Weber car drops to about a 20 mpg tank average
