Interesting. The lines on my snake have bubble flares on one end and double flares on the other; I made mine up from pre-made lines with the bubble flares at both ends. My first suggestion would be

Well, the correctness freaks will faint when they read this, so they should avert their eyes now. The best thing to do with bubble flares is get rid of them, and convert over to AN single flares. All
