- No, you don't need to remove those small bolts. What you need to do is back off the brake shoes. There is a rubber plug at the bottom of the backing plate (just below the axle). Remove that. Then yo

- Smokey, Scott said you don't have to pull the little bolts, but I think you do. They hold the drum on the hub when the car was on the production line. You shouldn't have had to pull the hub nut. And
