I always thought that bee keepers would be willing to take bees away for free. I don't know where you are located. I would call the local agricultural cooperative or some local beekeepers. Of course,

the pros use liquid soap, like dish or clothing detergent. Don't know how to project it across the distances you're talking about thorough.

I've seen this before. If they just swarmed in today; the most likely scenario is they will be gone tomorrow. Maybe even before you get up. However, if they are partial to your tree, all bets are off
