I can't answer you question but I can tell you what I used. I put down a two layer coating from Dun-Edwards paint. First coat is an industrial epoxy primer IP 714. The second coat is Ultrashield Ali

I just thought about this, the coating you are looking for is probably made by United Gilsonite Labs, they make that pretty blue coating you see in swimming pools. You could call them at 1-800-272-32
