The purple panel lightweights weighed in at around just 1760 lbs (wet). These were all '69 cars as far as I know, and made a considerable saving on production cars at around 2110 lbs. I want one. Re

My 69 lightweight weighed in at about 1720 on the SCCA scales last year. I now have the proper interior panels, etc. installed, so 1760 sounds about right. Don Chapman

they were without interiors? Where did they cut the weight? No sound deadening, of course! Saving that much weight in panels alone would be a challenge... Toby
