I have ordered and received a Tonneau Cover for my 67 BJ8 and although I have owned two other healeys in the past I'm baffled by the presence of two flaps that are approx. five inches long each cover

As per the original design of the BJ7 and BJ8 that is exactly what these flaps with the slots are for, feeding a shoulder harness through while, with the tonneau bar in place, the forward portion of
