- One side of the PCV system is the fresh air input and doesn't need a valve. After passing through the air filter, clean air is sucked into the crankcase and then sucked out the side with the PCV val

- Ah ha, now that makes sense and clears a whole lot up. Scott, the air cleaner I have (a cast alum Motorsport) has a knockout after the filter towards the carb. The cast alum valve covers only have 2
