I would move to some place like Northern California where you don't have to put your roadster away but for a couple of months each year, (and even then, you can take it out for a spin occasionally).

Yea, you see, Oakland isn't all that bad after all! Actually all the kids and folks in my neighborhood love my car. They call it the 'Fire Car' and are bummed that it has not been on the road lately.
