- I've done the job by cleaning the manifold well, then painting it with aluminum engine paint. Not only does it look good, but the paint protects the bare aluminum from further corrosion. Jim Davis F

- Steve, According to Len Renkenberger (who has LOTs of TR6 experience) says the only incompatibility between early and late TR6's is the intake ports have been moved. Probably to make room for the EGR
