I've seen 2 or 3 others in almost 20 years of ownership, all late 59s/early 60s and very original from the factory. My comm number is 65107L. My recollection is that they were just very highly polished not chromed. It seems to me there were some mount; /html/triumphs/2002-06/msg01271.html (6,946 bytes)

The stanchions, stanchion plates, and the tenon plates are the same as used on the chrome windscreen frames. It's the 2-piece Tenax; /html/triumphs/2002-06/msg01285.html (7,981 bytes)
