Correct me if I am wrong but I thought the whole purpose of the wet liners was to allow insitu overhauls such as this. You could pull the head (already done in your case) and drop the pan and then un

Personally, if I were keeping the car for some time, I'd pull the engine and check everything, particularly if you already have oil pressure issues. Doesn't make sense to me to spend $500 - $1,000 f

No doubt this will be a minority opinion ... if the crank journals are in decent shape then I would just change the main & rod bearings in-situ and not worry about the cam bearings. Pull and inspect
