It seems I am now doing things I should have done during the restoration (and would have been a lot easier at that time...shoulda done it right the first time!) How can I tell if/when the rear shocks

Hi Dennis : Yeah, but if you did that, you still wouldn't be driving the car ! cornering, I believe that's normal (for a TR3) to some extent, it's rear suspension is really pretty stiff. Disassemblin

I (which remove I guess we weren't lucky with a club member's TR3A at a recent club sponsored Tune 'n Tech. We used bolts, broke them off, welded nuts on, wouldn't budge. Finally, the group gave up

With the body off, you should be able to slide the springs off the pins (if the pins aren't rusted into there as well). I can't see any reason the body has to come entirely off, but at the same time
