- Hello all, Today on the way to work, my 67.5 1600 speedometer started flaking out. It got real jumpy, then fell to the 0 MPH spot for a few miles. Then, it got jumpy again. Is this a symptom of needi

- It's probably the cable. Disconnect it from the back of the speedo and pull it out of the housing. If it comes out in two pieces or you find a kink in it, it's the cable. Gordon Glasgow Renton, WA He

- Sounds like the cable may be loose. Check the connections before jumping to the worse case scenario. Calspeed
