- If the shocks are three years old it is time to replace or revalve. One important thing to remember when installing the shocks it to install the little white spacer with the slit in it on the shocks.

- That's odd...you presumably mean to slip the spacer over the piston rod? I just dug up the instructions and they show the spacer mounted on top, between the upper strut bushing and lockwasher. I see
