There is no difference in how a relay works on positive or negative ground. You are talking about the "flasher", but no matter it doesnt care about polarity either. Jarrid Gross

Over here a "flasher" is likely to get arrested for indecent exposure..... Mind you I've also heard of turn indicators referred to as "winkers" which I think might cause some amusement in the US Vic

If you've tried a new relay and it still won't 'flash' check the ground (earth) to the lights. Sometimes the turn signals will flash very slowly or just turn on and not flash - often that is a sign
