The disc brake rear from a Lincoln Versailles is almost a bolt in, The only changes being in the brake lines and emrg cables (maybe drive shaft , not there yet). easily handled by semi advanced shade

Yes, drive shaft needs a mod. Forgot if shorter or longer. You'll love the new rear end! VIN 704 did. Watch for the pull lever on the unit which attaches to the hand cable though. As I remember, it
