- Hey folks. A quick question that will either ease my mind or make me do something. My resonator rubs somewhat against my gas tank. It is noticeable most when I first start up the car and let it idle

- The exhaust is pretty cool by the time it reaches the resonator and with all the air surrounding the area I don't think there's any reason for concern unless the resonator rubs through the gas tank.
