I have a Hypertherm MAX 20 110 volt plasma cutter. It is rated to cut 3/16 steel and I have cut 1/4 inch with it. A plasma cutter is a truly liberating tool, especiallly on sheet metal where it will

Stuart, I've seen them and your are right. They sure appear to be the cats meow. The only econimical one I've seen was in Hemmings by Daytona Mig for about $400-500. The next closest one I've seen is
