Hey Listers, Do Spitfire MK IV tie rod ends and ball joints usually come out without a lot of hassle? My plan is to remove the nuts at the bottom of the joints, slip the pickle fork in above the hub

In general, a pickle fork is a tool of last resort - tends to really mess up ball joints and tierod ends. I always use a tierod remover - basically a smaller version of a pitman arm remover to press
