- this might sound a bit odd but when i went to utah to retrieve my saab 93f we headed south to the south rim of the grand canyon and from there proceeded to tuscon arizona. look at a map there is only

- Firebird Raceway is in the SW part of Phoenix and is a converted drag strip that has hosted vintage races. Bob Bondurant has a race drivers school adjacent. Neat track but not much elevation change.

- PIR, Phoenix International Raceway, is 10 miles west of downtown Phoenix on Interstate 10. The exit is well marked, I think the # is 115. The actual track is about 3 miles south of the Interstate. It
