Hi all, Anyone have any ideas if I can paint a new leaf spring before it goes on the car? I'd imagine that the paint would break up as the leaves flex and rub against each other - but then again mayb

Sure you can paint it. I don't think the flexing will be a problem, but it may be hard to get the spring clean enough to all the paint to adhere well. In the USA at least, you can get a graphite-impr
