- As some of you know, I have been searching for a TR6 to buy. I finally found one that I couldn't refuse and brought it home from Kentucky yesterday. It's a BRG '76 with tan interior, overdrive, 38k

- It could be either the solenoid or the starter. Methinks it is some 30yr old grease that is no longer greasy. Or no lubricant at all! First thing to replace would be the solenoid; they're inexpensive
