I don't know if you've gotten a chorus of answers on this one or not... I think it's a C-Type Jaguar body... or someone's version of it... I've seriously lusted after the C-Type for a long time and

Loose interpretation perhaps, but definitely not a C-Type. The C-Type's bonnet tipped forward, like the D-Type and E-Type that followed it. This body has a conventional bonnet. Compare to this photo:

Hello Bob - It could have been built by the Germans, pre-war, British and or Russians, post war. Dr. Fiedler, Chief Engineer BMW, pre-war, designed the 328, after the war he was hired by Bristol (UK)
