- Sounds like your car is running on battery, instead of the alternator. I will guess that you will have to either jump the car or put a battery charger on it before you can get the car to turn over.

- I'm not familiar with the '66 but the same thing happened with my '70. In regards to the headlight problem, that is. Turned out to be a bad headlight fuse. There are two, one for each side, on the '7
