You could get it metal sprayed. Aluminized, I believe, they call it. Look in the yellow pages for Metal Spraying.

The old guy in Dallas charged $7.00 and inflation drove it to $10.00 by 1996. Too bad he retired. All the old radial airplane engines were coated this way according to him. Phil
