As far as your lug nuts coming loose, might want to clean them and the wheel and avoid using any oil on them. Are the wheel holes oval or worn. The lug nuts are a close tolerance to the wheel The car

When I put the lugs back -- with the crush washers -- I sprayed WD-40 into them, turned them over so the excess drained out, then screwed them on. I did this to make sure that they threaded easily a
