- Yes, I'd say it is legitimately a LBC, particularly since it was built in Northern Ireland (Belfast area?). If I remember correctly the factory received some financial aid from the Thatcher Governmen

- I'd say they are honorary LBCs. They don't leak much and I don't know what their frequency of repair is, but I remember when they first came out back around 1980 that the first two prototypes toured
