The ribbing is only applied to Daimler badged versions. There has not been a unique Daimler for a while now - the last was the limousine which I think went out of production about five years ago. Pri

I visited the Jaguar web site, and it appears that the top-of-the-line Vanden Plas model Jaguars XJ8 saloons are getting the Daimler fluting in the US market. This is an interesting confusion of trad
