Thanks for the help with the parking brake. It was at end of tunnel and adjusted nicely. Now, I am replacing the manifolds on the 79 and am having trouble getting intake to come off. Are there bolts

There are two nuts hidden under the intake manifold. If they are original, they are special long nuts. If someone has changed them they are short nuts. Either way, about the only way to get at them i

I did that last year, there are two bolts on the underside of the manifold that can't be seen and are a PIA to get off, be patient, use your fingers to find them, attack them from the underside with

One tip: Tie a long string firmly to the wrench. You WILL drop the wrench, and when you do you do, it WILL land someplace you cannot reach it. Hence, the string. BTW, This is even more true on a catc
