Sounds like some of the mounting hardware for the optional factory hard top for the Mk IV body style. It allows you to affix the hard top and leave the soft top mounted. --

I believe the parts that you have are for holding the hardtop down at the sides. If you don't need then I could use them TIA Nikki 1975 Spitfire
