There should be two sets of two holes on each fender for these. I don't have access to my car right now, but I think there are raised flat sections where the wedges mount. The wedges mount fat part

Has anyone done this? I only got one response so far and it didn't include any information for doing this with new fenders. Anyone have any info on fitting these correctly?

I assume new fenders don't have the holes pre-drilled? If you don't have a new screw kit, get one from TRF or others. There should be 8 screws and 8 cup washers. The 1st hole on the rear buffer is 9
