- Hello All: May I ask a technical question in the middle of all this "Two List", National Meet" stuff? My 68 2000 solex starts and runs great. Drive it for 10 minutes, shut it off and it does not want

- Sounds like it could be vapor lock. It is somewhat common on 2000's that are driven in hot climates. Michael

- I had the same problem in my 1600 but I put the fuel cap from my Toyota Cressida on and that solved it. I don't know how safe it is but it solved the vapor lock problem. Lynne -- Original Message --
