I have scraped the paint off my 62 TR3B (TCF 64L) hoodsticks in a small area to see if there are any other colors lurking beneath the black. It does not seem to ever have been any other color. I reme

Scraping the paint doesn't always tell the complete story. Spit hood props were painted body color and if you scrape my black one, you will find only black beneath. That is because I removed all the

body colour. James, Sorry, not so for the TR4's. My '64TR4 is CT33118L (build date May14,'64). It came from the factory with Sandal (tan) colored hoodsticks. The last TR4 was CT4030x built in Jan.'65
