- Mark, I think the flexing might be the reason the factory ran some rubber lines. But I think the flexing is only an issue between the engine and the chassis. Thus the only real place you might need

- I think in some undesirable accident situations, I would rather have the line "pop off" at one of the rubber hoses than strain against tube connectors until it tears loose, possibly creating a spark
