It sounds like a bad ground to me. Take all the bulbs out and then do a continuity test on the ground wire to the battery post. Sam Haynes 59 TR3 Original Owner>

The bulbs have two filaments, a low current for parking lites (dim) and a high current for brake and flasher functions. It may be the case that the LF and RR are wired backasswards. If this theory is
