- If you want over the counter... there should be a "speed shop" somewhere near you? Any store that specializes in HIGH PERFORMANCE should have 'em... no luck near you?

- Sure you can. It's just in bulk on a spool, and not in a pretty box on the shelf. If every single auto/speed shop in your area is bizzarely unable to have/obtain the stuff, go to a motorcycle shop.
