Don, You would be absolutley correct, except for the pressure cap, which is a least 13 psi. Now this is 13 psi over whatever the atmospheric pressure is, so it does vary with altitude, but we are tal

Brock, Straight water with separately sold anti-corrosion and lubrication additives is better than water alone. No one I know suggests that antifreeze, with these additives, isn't better. Requirement

straight water does cool nicely, but that freeze/ boil problem limits it's use alone. I would avoid plain water in a Tiger because of the lowered boiling temp, even if freezing was not a concern Doug
