Yes, and No. It is a direct bolt on. The disk are the same. The 2000 pressure plate has a higher clamping force than the 1600 item. If you are very easy on your clutch, and driving style, then the 16

Back in Chicago there is a place called Auto Clutch. They can remake your original Pressure Plate and disk to whatever specs. you want. I am sure they could rebuild a 2000 Roadster Plate and Disk bac
