Hey all, Today I checked prices on clutch disk, pressure plate and throw-out bearing at the local parts house. They listed these parts for the 65-70 as being the same for both 1600's and 2000's. Can

NO! Presure plates are deminionsal the same, the but 2000 has more clamping force. Disc and throught bearings are the same between 1600 & 2000 (& early 510 sedans, too). I noticed the same thing rec

A 2000 pressure plate, with the higher clamping force, is fine on a 1600 roadster. Typically I also installed the '2000' pressure on my ('68-'72) 510's as well. Stiff pedal, but I would get over 100

As far as the pilot bushing goes (the bronze bushing inside the crankshaft) if you are replacing that, there is a NISMO part that is an actual roller bearing instead of a bronze bushing. I don't reme
