I can see how to drain the differential fluid, but other than what looks to be a vent on top I don't see a way to re-fill it other than removing it and turning it upside down. That seems to me like a

There is a plug on the back of the differential housing about half way up. Remove this and fill thru the hole. Not an easy task due to the close quarters, but can be done without making too much of

One way is to turn the car upside down and then add the oil that way. The easy way to turn it upside down is loan it to Victor. :=) A better way is to get a cheap plastic pump that you use to siphon
