Hey Guys, Here is my problem. I was putting my 15 inch wheels back on the car in prep for Sunday's kickoff, and while tightening down my McGards Wheel locks one of them snapped!! And yes I was using

step 1, hammer a socket over the lock, remove step 2, throw all the locks away! -james

I have seen tire places weld a regular lug onto it and then use a tire iron as usual to get it off. Also I have seen the hammer and socket technique work as well. -- Stacey

OK, here is the latest update... Looks like we're gonna get the remains of the wheel lock off the car after we finish drilling it out. However the wheel stud is gonna be toast. New question for the g

its easy to replace most studs. ive replaced lots of mine on several of my on my car now you dont even have to take anything apart to do the rear ones. -james
