Today I enlisted my neighbor and his welding setup, and after not long at all, put the bracket back together. We considered adding angle iron to brace it, but decided it looked just fine as it was. T

Don't be offended but there appears to be a lack of penetration of the weld as evidenced by the buildup ON the metal as opposed to IN the metal. Just an observation.. might get ready to do it again s
