Point of information - the '74 model year starts with CF12500 (or CR12500), not CF/CR25000 as your message implies. As for the color "british racing green", the line goes something like this: England

Aston Martin's color in the sixties was also a vary light silvery green. My TR6 is very close to that color actually. It too is a color that seems to confuse the "pigment challenged" as well. Shawn

I have one of the last 74's CF25768UO...it's a rubber bumper, but the bumper is lower AND the turn indicators are on the valence rather than on the bumpers like the 74.5 which started at CF27XXX One

That change was made in 1973 with the advent of the CF-series cars. The rear valence panel was changed to accomodate the license plate lamps and the "Triumph" badge was added to the rear bumper. -- P

I have an early 74, CF14111U. It has had the rubber bumpers since new. I am the original owner. The car was built in Oct. '73. The rubber bumpers (aka tits) started ad CF12500. The "74.5" changes in
