Check to see if the wheel cylinder is leaking on that side. If it leaks enough for a while, the brake shoes get saturated and will grab the drum with a vengeance. Had the same problem with a '57 Chev

This is often caused by leaving the car sitting for long periods of time with the handbrake engaged. Remember to release the handbrake and chock the wheels when you put your car away for the winter.

I heartily concur my good man. However, what do I do about my rear drums that are already out of whack? Can putting them on a lathe solve it, or is that just gonna make them too thin? I have no idea
