There are many shades of black, and others more experienced could probably recommend a "proper" shade, but you would probably want to consider a "high heat" paint such as an engine paint, since the

Semi-gloss black drums with dull grey wire wheels is probably correct, but drums the same color as your wire wheels can look very nice. I like matching silver painted wires and drums on my pale yell
